Guided visualization accesses dialogue with the subconscious which can then identify behaviors that no longer serve you and interfere with daily life.  Beliefs, patterns and protective blocks were put into place as a solution to past traumas as a means of coping.  Together we will get in touch with a part of yourself which has been a compassionate witness to your history there by creating a safe internal environment to unravel old, outdated beliefs and negative self talk.

Highly intuitive by nature, I have honed my gifts with several modalities of training,  We will find the pathway that will best serve you for your own unique needs.
